Security and trust
Your business data is commercially sensitive. Here is how we approach it, in plain terms, and we agree the details with you in writing before work starts.
Your accounts, your data
We work inside your own accounts and tools, so your data stays in systems you control. How it is handled is agreed in writing before work starts.
NDA on request
We are glad to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential.
Private setup on request
For document processing, we can scope a private setup or one on infrastructure you host, and confirm what is possible for your case.
Access kept to the project
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it for your project, and can be withdrawn when the work ends.
In practice
What each of the statements above means for your project.
Whose accounts does the system run in?
Yours. WhatsApp numbers, Meta and Google ad accounts and your business tools stay in your own name. We are given access to work inside them, and that access can be withdrawn.
When is the NDA signed?
Before you share anything confidential. It is a mutual NDA, and we send it on request.
Which work can run privately?
For document processing, we can scope a private setup or one on infrastructure you host. We confirm what is possible once we know your case.
Who on our side sees our data?
Access is limited to the people who need it for your project, and we agree the details with you before work starts.
Can our security team ask more questions?
Yes. Bring them to a call, and we will answer what we can and tell you plainly where we cannot.
Have a question your security team needs answered? Ask it on a call, or read how we work.
